Fifinellita is the name of the Little Dreamers' Sonex Waiex airplane currently being built, and this patch is the plane's nose art.  This patch is inspired by Fifinella, the mascot of the WASPs. The "ita" in Fifinellita means that this is a child version of Fifinella.
